2. 沟槽开挖与基底处理

高温环境下沟槽开挖应采用分段施工法,每段长度控制在50米内,开挖深度超过2米时设置边坡支护。基底处理采用级配砂石回填,分层夯实度≥93%,铺设200mm厚中粗砂垫层,使用平板振动器振捣密实,表面平整度误差≤5mm/2m。

3. 管道敷设工艺

敷设前需对管材进行预热处理,将管身温度控制在25-30℃。采用机械牵引法安装时,牵引力应≤15kN,牵引速度保持0.8m/min匀速推进。管道接口处设置弹性缓冲层,采用丁基橡胶垫片密封,接口间隙控制在1.5-2.0mm,轴线偏差≤10mm/10m。

二、密封处理专项方案

1. 承插式接口密封工艺

采用"双密封圈+弹性密封胶"复合密封结构:第一道密封圈选用三元乙丙橡胶材质,邵氏硬度70±5HA,压缩量控制在35%-40%;第二道密封圈采用遇水膨胀橡胶,膨胀倍率≥300%。接口内侧均匀涂抹耐高温密封胶,胶层厚度1.2-1.5mm,表干时间≤30min。

2. 井室连接密封处理

电缆工作井与管道连接处设置柔性防水套管,套管与管材间隙采用聚氨酯发泡填充,密度≥60kg/m³。井壁外侧涂刷2mm厚聚脲防水层,延伸率≥300%,附着力≥5MPa。井口采用铸铁井盖密封,内置丁腈橡胶止水环,压缩量控制在25%±3%。

3. 特殊部位密封措施

穿越道路段采用MPP加强型保护管外套,套管与CPVC管之间填充防火岩棉,密度≥120kg/m³,两端采用防火密封胶泥封堵,膨胀倍率≥250%。高低差地段设置防水肩台,采用C25混凝土浇筑,坡度控制在5°-8°,表面涂刷渗透结晶型防水涂料,干膜厚度≥1.0mm。

三、质量控制与安全措施

施工过程中应每200米设置质量控制点,检测项目包括:管道高程偏差≤±10mm,轴线位移≤30mm/100m,接口密封性试验压力0.6MPa,保压30min无压降。高温作业时段应避开11:00-15:00,施工现场配备强制通风设备,环境温度超过38℃时停止室外作业。
