3. 特殊部位密封措施

穿越道路段採用MPP加強型保護管外套,套管與CPVC管之間填充防火岩棉,密度120kg/m³,兩端採用防火密封膠泥封堵,膨脹倍率250%。高低差地段設置防水肩臺,採用C25混凝土澆築,坡度控制在5-8,表面塗刷滲透結晶型防水塗料,幹膜厚度1.0mm。

三、質量控制與安全措施

施工過程中應每200米設置質量控制點,檢測項目包括:管道高程偏差10mm,軸線位移30mm/100m,接口密封性試驗壓力0.6MPa,保壓30min無壓降。高溫作業時段應避開11:00-15:00,施工現場配備強制通風設備,環境溫度超過38℃時停止室外作業。
