然后进行热熔对接前的调整。将热熔对接机平稳放置,接通电源,安装好与管材规格相匹配的加热板和模具。等待加热板升温至PE管热熔所需的温度(通常在200-230摄氏度左右,具体需参考管材说明书)。

随后是管材的装夹与铣削。将两根待对接的PE管分别固定在热熔对接机的活动端和固定端,确保管材轴线在同一直线上,无歪斜。启动铣刀,缓慢移动活动端,使两个管端均匀接触铣刀,铣削出平整的端面。铣削完成后,要保持管材位置,避免污染已铣削的端面。

加热完成后,快速移开加热板,在规定的时间内(尽可能短),迅速将两管端对接在一起,并施加一定的对接压力,使熔融部分充分融合,并形成均匀的翻边。保压一段时间,让接口在压力下自然冷却。

冷却过程中,严禁移动或触碰对接好的管材,确保接口充分固化。冷却时间足够后,松开夹具,拆除对接好的管道。

最后进行质量检查。检查对接接口是否平整、无气泡、无裂纹,翻边是否均匀一致,宽度和高度是否符合要求。用手触摸接口,感觉是否光滑,有无异常凸起或凹陷。若发现问题,需重新进行对接。
