第二种是带金属嵌件的塑料转换接头。例如,一端是PE热熔直接,内嵌金属螺纹,另一端是PPR热熔直接,同样内嵌匹配的金属螺纹,通过螺纹将两端连接起来。安装时,分别将PE管和PPR管与对应的塑料部分热熔连接,然后用扳手将两端的金属螺纹拧紧,注意不要过度用力导致螺纹损坏,同时可在螺纹处缠绕适量生料带以增强密封性。

除了转换接头连接法,在一些特定情况下,还可能用到法兰连接。这种方法通常适用于大口径管道或对连接强度要求较高的场合。先在PE管和PPR管的端部分别安装适配的法兰盘,法兰盘与管道之间可采用热熔或机械连接方式固定,然后在两个法兰盘之间夹上密封垫片,用螺栓均匀紧固,确保法兰面紧密贴合,防止漏水。不过,法兰连接相对转换接头来说,施工步骤更繁琐,成本也较高,一般家庭或小型工程中较少采用。

无论采用哪种连接方式,施工过程中的细节把控至关重要,这直接关系到连接的密封性和可靠性。首先,要确保管道切口平整、无毛刺,清理干净管道内外壁的杂质和油污,避免杂质影响熔接质量或造成密封不严。其次,热熔工具的温度必须符合管材要求,PE管和PPR管的热熔温度不同,PE管一般在200-230℃,PPR管在260℃左右,需严格按照管材说明书进行设置。热熔时,管道和接头的插入深度要准确,加热时间要足够但不过长,以形成均匀的熔接面。连接完成后,要待接口自然冷却固化,期间不得移动或施加外力,以免接口变形。

连接完成后,还需要进行打压试验来检验连接质量。按照规范要求,缓慢升压至试验压力,保压一段时间后观察压力下降情况,并仔细检查各连接点是否有渗水、漏水现象。只有在确认无任何渗漏后,才能进行后续的管道回填或隐蔽工程。
